Q: How do I create a custom photo magnet?

A: Shortly after you make your order and checkout.  You will receive an email to send over your photos. Upload your favorite memories using computer, phone or social media and send them. 

Q: How strong are these magnets, and what surface do they stick to?

A: These magnets are made with sturdy, flexible magnetic material and are reliable enough to hold photos, business logos. They’ll stick beautifully to fridges, steel lockers, filing cabinets, whiteboards, and more

Q: Can I cancel or change my order once it's placed?

A: Because each magnet is custom-made just for you, orders can’t be modified or canceled once in production. If you contact us quickly, however, we’ll do our best to assist. So reach out as soon as possible!

Q: What happens if my order arrives damaged? 

A: Your happiness is our priority! If your magnets arrive damaged. Let us know within 7 days. We’ll remake them or issue a refund.
