Custom Orders

Because each magnet is custom-made with your photo, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been printed and shipped. Please double-check your images before submitting your order.

Your happiness matters to us! If your magnets arrive damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly replace your order at no cost or issue a refund.

We print your magnets directly from the photos you upload. For best results, please use high-resolution images (clear, bright, and not blurry). We cannot offer refunds for poor print quality due to low-resolution or dark/blurry images provided by the customer.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be changed or canceled. If you need to adjust something, please contact us immediately after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to help.
